Best line is how Kadyrov is proved clearly to be the strongest figure in the Caucasus because when his 10-year old nephew crashed a car he was driving and lay in a coma, notables from all over felt it necessary to make the pilgrimage to Chechnya's capital Groznyy to condole with Kadyrov.
